Amaretto Pancakes

These Amaretto-infused pancakes blend the warm, nutty sweetness of almond liqueur into a light and fluffy batter with a hint of boozy richness. Topped with a luscious mix of condensed milk, soft cheese, and fresh strawberries, they offer a perfect balance of flavors.
Ingredients
1 litre milk
4 eggs
80g sugar
350g flour
200g butter
50ml Amaretto
2 cans condensed milk
280g soft cheese
150g fresh strawberries
Method
Combine all the batter ingredients in a big bowl, mix well and ensure everything is fully incorporated
Place a ladle full of the batter onto a pan over medium-high heat and fry until it looks just set
Flip and fry the other side - repeat until you have a full stack of pancakes
In a bowl, combine the cooked condensed milk and soft cheese, making sure to mix well until all lumps are gone
Serve with a hearty amount of fresh strawberries
